DSG with its expertise of providing turnkey solar solutions customized the best possible Grid Tied Solar Solutions by carefully analyzing MG’s energy needs, geographical position and roof conditions. Roofs of textiles mills have always been a tricky site for solar panel installation but specially designed structures were installed keeping in mind the aesthetics of site as well as maximum energy production. Special hot dip galvanized structure was designed by our team of experienced civil engineers for the beam to beam layout of solar panels. Although the ideal location for solar solutions is south facing but since MTM was in southwest direction that was another challenge for the team designing structure. Installed hot dip galvanized structures are also known for their durability being corrosion free.

Our consumer’s safety and comfort is always our first priority hence we used completely fuse free and reliable Huawei 60 KTL inverters which are world famous for a high efficiency rate of 98.7%. Our crew of site engineers and technicians pushed themselves to their limit for completion of projects even in the Covid- 19 lockdown situation. Another challenge was to connect scattered roofs as one system was on Unit 1 of MSM and other one was on warehouse of MSM. Special underground string cables were used for this purpose.
The outcomes of this solar solution are as expected, amazing. The goal of producing abundant but clean and safe energy has been achieved by Mahmood Group. The expected accumulative energy yield of these magnificent solar solutions is around 146 GWh. Moreover, the carbon footprint of Mahmood Group will be reduced by almost 12500 tons per annum with this installation. This installation will not only meet the energy requirements of Mahmood Group but it will also prevail idea of choosing safe and sustainable energy in the region.
