and save energy and it reduces the utility bills upto 50%. DSG never fails to provide noticeable savings for the people and the environment. With its high expertise of providing turnkey solar solutions DSG designed the appropriate 1.1MW Grid Tied Solar Solution for Masood Spinning Mills Limited, Bhai Pheru as it has customized for Masood Spinning Mills Limited, Kabirwala. Having a good geological location, made it easy for a handful availability of Sunlight. The roof is no doubt a challenging part but with the previous experience it managed well and implementation was successful.
Beam System was used for placing the roof mounted solar panels as the structure of the roof was a bit disparate just like traditional roof tops of spinning mills. Panels were placed with 8-10ft row spacing hence a total of 2698 Canadian Solar (Poly Perc Half Cell Series) panels were installed. 15 Huawei 60KTL inverters with high efficiency of 98.7% were installed in this solar solution design. Cloud based Monitoring System which is powered by Huawei is enabled for the use of clients so that they can monitor their energy patterns constantly at any time.
Different projects have different hindrances during its process. While installing panels there was a problem adjusting the solar panels in few rows due to the presence of the unit’s gas pipe but with the professional’s expertise it was taken care of and project was carried to succession.
Also working during such a harsh time of pandemic was itself challenging and team put its extra effort in the completion of project while strictly following the Covid-19’s SOPs.
Results of this project are remarkable, reducing 50% energy consumption of MSM, yielding annual energy of 1606MWh. Most importantly the carbon footprint will be decreased down to 1200 tons per year hence ensuring a healthy environment and clean energy.
