These panels are designed with cutting-edge cell technology that minimizes power loss and enhances energy output, even in high-temperature environments. Their robust design ensures long-term stability and reliable performance, making them ideal for large-scale industrial applications. With high conversion efficiency and a lower degradation rate, Jinko panels contribute to maximizing overall energy yield throughout the system’s lifespan.
Trina Solar 710W Bifacial Panels — Nishat Dairies:
The 1.14 MW solar system at Nishat Dairies features Trina Solar 710W bifacial panels, which capture sunlight from both the front and rear sides to produce greater energy output per square meter. This advanced bifacial technology significantly boosts power generation, especially in reflective environments. These panels are also equipped with state-of-the-art cell technology that enhances performance under diffused or low-light conditions, ensuring optimal
energy production throughout the day. Their higher power density and improved durability make them a perfect fit for long-term, sustainable operations.
By utilizing top-tier technologies from Jinko and Trina Solar, and under the expert execution of DSG Energy, Nishat Group’s installations stand as benchmarks of technological excellence—combining innovation, efficiency, and sustainability to drive a cleaner and more resilient industrial future.
Advanced Inverter Technology
The solar power systems at Nishat Group are equipped with Huawei inverters, renowned for their efficiency, reliability, and intelligent performance in large-scale installations. The 4 MW grid-tied solar power plant at Nishat Textile Mills, utilizes 27 Huawei 115 KTL inverters, ensuring stable energy output and optimized system performance through advanced multi-MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) technology.
Meanwhile, the 1.14 MW solar power system at Nishat Dairies, is powered by a total of 12 Huawei inverters, comprising seven 115 KTL, three 50 KTL, and two 20 KTL units. These inverters enable intelligent monitoring, fault detection, and real-time performance optimization, ensuring maximum power generation under varying solar conditions. Huawei’s smart inverter technology, integrated by DSG Energy, complements the high-efficiency solar modules deployed at both sites—enhancing overall system reliability, reducing maintenance requirements, and ensuring long-term operational excellence across Nishat Group’s solar infrastructure.

Efficient Foundation
The solar power systems at Nishat Group are supported by robust and purpose-engineered foundations, designed to ensure long-term stability, durability, and optimal energy capture. At Nishat Textile Mills , a P1 10-degree ground-mounted structure with hot-dip galvanizing has been implemented, providing a strong and corrosion-resistant framework capable of withstanding environmental challenges while maintaining precise panel alignment for maximum solar exposure.
Meanwhile, Nishat Dairies , features a hot-dip galvanized structure with a 24-degree tilt, optimized to enhance energy yield by positioning the panels at the ideal angle for sunlight capture throughout the day. These advanced structural solutions, engineered and installed by DSG Energy, combine durability, stability, and efficiency, ensuring the solar power systems operate reliably with minimal maintenance. By leveraging tailored mounting solutions for both sites, DSG Energy maximizes energy production while exemplifying commitment to high-performance and sustainable solar infrastructure.
Power Management
The solar power systems at Nishat Group are designed to ensure reliable and efficient energy management across all operations. At Nishat Textile Mills, the 4 MW solar installation works alongside the electricity grid and gas generators, supplying power during the day while automatically switching to the grid or generators when solar output is low or at night. Similarly, Nishat Dairies, operates its 1.14 MW solar plant in combination with the grid and backup gensets, maintaining continuous operations during peak loads or low solar production. This hybrid approach, implemented by DSG Energy, optimizes energy usage, enhances operational resilience, reduces dependency on conventional fuels, and ensures both cost savings and uninterrupted power supply across Nishat Group’s facilities.
Project Challenges
During the implementation of solar power systems at Nishat Group, DSG Energy faced several site-specific challenges that required careful planning and innovative solutions. This project for Nishat Group presented several critical challenges, including demanding ground preparation requirements, multiple remote sites that complicated logistics and on-site coordination, and supply chain constraints that required precise planning to prevent delays. Through strategic planning, adaptive execution, and hands-on problem-solving, DSG Energy successfully navigated these hurdles, ensuring the project’s timely and reliable completion.
