We provide 1 year free of cost Operation and Maintenance services which include 24/7 technical support through Cloud based monitoring system, replacements of defective products, cleaning of PV modules, cable dressing, tightening of bolts, earthing pits, upgrading opportunities and much more. We provide 25 years warranty for solar panels and 5 years warranty for solar invertors.
In order to get the maximum efficiency out of your solar system our highly qualified In-House team of engineers are available to access your system, run troubleshoot and fix the problem remotely. If problem persists our technical support team visit the premises within 48 hours and repair the technical fault in your system.
Our DSG technical support team also visit customer’s premises for preventive and corrective maintenance, quarterly. We also offer replacement if severe problem detected in the system.
Our NOC department is continuously monitoring the systems installed and our team is always on their toes to detect the problem through Real Time Alarm Management system. Our Cloud based monitoring system gives access to client to keep a check on their current power, total yield, revenue today, today yield, invertor rated power and rated ESS capacity.
